Worship at St. Gregory's
Services 10:00 AM Sunday (Others as posted)
If you are new to St. Gregory's we offer
these instructions for following the Service. (However, please do not hesitate
to ask one of the ushers or someone near you any if you have any questions. For
specific information about worship in the Episcopal Church, please see the
Vicar after the service)
In the pew rack in front of you are the
books most frequently used for worship: the red Book of Common Prayer (referred
to as the BCP in this bulletin), the blue Hymnal, the Lift Every Voice and Sing
Hymnal (referred to as LEVAS in this bulletin) and the St. Gregory's Hymnal
Addendum (referred to as G in this bulletin). The Lessons, Psalm and Gospel are
included with this bulletin in the order in which they appear in the service.
The Eucharist or Holy Communion in the
Episcopal Church is open to all baptized persons. Please follow the
instructions of the usher when they approach your pew. If you have not been
baptized, carry this bulletin up to the rail to receive a personal blessing.
Should you need to receive Communion at your place, please notify the usher.
